VOLUNTEER SUPPORT

We cannot put on Knights in Service without support from our parent and volunteer community. Volunteering means

Driving - either your own car with students, or one of our mini buses, AND
Chaperoning students at the work sites

If you decide to volunteer, you agree to stay with the group for the day (8:30am-12pm). You will not be asked to volunteer for more than one day unless we do not have enough chaperones. If you are comfortable driving one of the church mini buses please indicate that below.

Chaperones must be current on their Safe Environment training.
Chaperones must fill out a Form C Driver Information form
Chaperones must fill out a Form E Adult Consent & Waiver

Do you grant CK Youth Office staff/chaperones permission to picture my child(ren) and to use those pictures for Social Media, website, yearbook and other public platforms? REQUIRED I GRANT permission I DO NOT grant permission Please fill out this field.
