Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist distribute Holy Communion at Mass and also take Holy Communion to the sick and homebound of our community. To serve as a Eucharistic Minister one must be in good standing with the Church, attend Mass regularly and contribute their time, talent and resources for the benefit of the parish. Eucharistic Ministers are chosen by the pastor and approved by the Archbishop. Eucharistic Ministers are commissioned once a year on Christ the King Sunday, the last Sunday of November. If you wish to be considered for this ministry, please contact Jayne Clarke at (405) 242-4511 or [email protected]. If you are currently a Eucharistic Minister and wish to take Holy Communion to our sick and homebound parishioners, please contact Pam Cullen at (405) 842-1483 or [email protected].
